Dirigida por Antonio Campos
Buscando una película para pasar el rato, no muy densa, no muy boba, nada de comedia por ahora, tampoco soldados… nos decidimos por El Diablo a Todas Horas, sin ver avances ni sabiendo que esperar.
Aplaudo antes que a todas las áreas, al excelente guión, basado en la novela de Donald Ray Pollock, quien a su vez es la voz narrativa de la historia.La adaptacion del guión la realizan el mismo director, Antonio Campos, de la mano de Paulo Campos.
Es una película cruda y sensible, en la cual el peso actoral tiene mucho que ver. Se nota el trabajo en la creación de los personajes.
La atinada y no sensibilera crítica al fanatismo religioso, muestra un ciclo de violencia como tantos miles hay en el mundo y en especifico en Estados Unidos, como lo muestra la historia, en donde el emblema «In God We Trust» se revela contra el instinto de una sociedad creciente llena de complejos existenciales, de una moral distópica, de violencias heredadas y emblemas que son más viles que bondadosos.
